Whether you need just a few sessions to deal with an immediate problem or would like to work long-term on a deeper issue, I can help.

When relationships get tough, it can be hard to feel heard and understood.

  • I help you discover what lies underneath relationship conflict, and how to resolve it together.

  • We look at the unhealthy patrons that keep repeating themselves.

  • We explore the four major wounds: abandonment & rejection, separation, control and fear.

  • A holistic approach that works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of who you are.

  • You will learn a holistic approach that looks into relationships and behavior, understanding one another’s psychological and emotional worlds.

During a Coaching session, you will be able to connect with the energy of your SOUL. I will be using energy healing, spiritual wisdom and life coaching skills to guide you through deep healing and spiritual transformation in your live.

Emphasis is on developing self-esteem. The aim of Coaching is to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life.  This system helps to clear Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical Wounds so you can hear your Truth from within.  It also helps you discover your purpose so you can create a life that supports your soul's purpose.

Most people report positive long-term results, as well as improved relationships in all areas of their lives.


We spend our lives searching for LOVE. Awaiting for someone to love and someone to love us.

When we meet that person our heart can open like never before. Sometimes we feel we would do anything for the other person and expect the same in return.

Do we really know how to love? and most importantly, do we know how to receive love?

Often, as soon as we open our hearts, strong feelings of fear can overtake us. Doubt and old wounds show themselves and we start to find excuses to move away from love.

How to create an Empowered Relationship?

1.- Accepting Uniqueness. Learn to love and appreciate the way your partner shows their love. Don’t expect that everyone should show love the same way you do.

 2.- Move your focus. See what your partner is doing for you instead of focussing on what he/she is not doing.

 3.- Empowered Communication. Move away from blaming and realize that any given situation has been created by both.

 4.- Personal Healing. The more you love and accept yourself the more you’ll be able to create a loving relationship.

 5.- Become Love. As we explore the polarities of giving and receiving love we embody love. Learn to love yourself through your partner. 

 6.- Establish Boundaries. Learn to create empowered physical, emotional, mental & spiritual boundaries.

 7.- Awareness. Becoming aware of the mayor wounds played out in the relationship:

– Abandonment / True source of love

– Separation / Connection

– Fear / Trust

– Control / Freedom

8.-  Being present. Work to clear energetic imprints of previous relationships, or  unresolved issues/traumas.

 9.- Commitment to love. Allow yourself to stay in the relationship when the inner saboteur wants to run away.

 10.- Sacred Sexuality. Allow a deeper connection.

When we allow another’s love we are loving ourselves.

Can we ever be pain free? Only when we accept our human experience. Sadness, loneliness, separation, etc. are not the root cause of pain but how each individual chooses to express their disconnection with themselves

In order to create harmony in our relationships, it is imperative that we create a safe emotional space.

The first step is to COMMIT ourselves to put all our emotional energy in the relationship, in this way we are present and available to us and our partner. 

This anchors TRUSTthe most important ingredient when it comes to feeling emotionally secure. 

We give ourselves permission to be HONEST with what we feel, think and with who we are.

 We understand that NEGOTIATION helps us to overcome any type of conflict. 

We RESPECT that the other person has another experience, opinion, perspective of reality. 

We LOVE with COMPASSION the emotional wounds of our partner and mutually we accompany each other to heal creating healthy BOUNDARIES.

When we create this emotional space, we enjoy FREEDOM and the right environment for personal and relationship growth.
